- Open Customize on your Tracker to filter and reshape the whole view from one popup.
- Filters narrow what you see; Hide From Tracker removes entire categories of noise for good.
- Pin the Status Tabs you care about, choose your Stats Cards, and hit Reset all anytime to go back to defaults.
How to customize your tracker
Everything lives in one place. From your Tracker, click the Customize button in the header (the gear icon). A single popup opens with all of your filtering and layout controls.
- Click Customize to open the popup.
- Under Filters, choose which Source rows to show.
- If you have more than one connected Gmail, pick which Inbox to include.
- Use Hide From Tracker to drop entire categories you never want to see.
- Pick your Stats Cards and arrange your Status Tabs on the right.
- Close the popup — your choices save automatically and stick the next time you visit.
Filtering by source and inbox
The Filters section controls which applications appear without deleting anything. Under Source you can toggle:
- Gmail Sync — applications Aplyr found by reading your connected email.
- Quick Apply — jobs you submitted with Quick Apply (and Autopilot).
- Manual — entries you added yourself.
If you have more than one Gmail connected, an Inbox filter appears so you can focus on a single address. When a filter is active, the Customize button shows a small count badge. Click Clear in the Filters section to remove just the filters and show everything again.

💡 Tip Filters are temporary, view-only switches. If you want to make a category disappear permanently, use Hide From Tracker instead.
Choosing your stat cards
The summary cards at the top of your Tracker are configurable. In the Stats Cards section, check the ones you want to see — for example Total, Pending, Rejected, Interviews, or Recruiter Reachout. Uncheck any card to hide it. This only changes the cards on display; your underlying numbers don't change.
Pinning and hiding status tabs
Your Tracker organizes applications into status tabs like Applied, Interview, Offer, and Rejected. In the Status Tabs section you get two controls per status:
- Pin — pinned tabs show first in the table header. The tabs you leave visible but unpinned spill into a More dropdown.
- Hide — hides that tab entirely, so it appears in neither the header nor More.
Pin the few statuses you check daily and let the rest tuck into More to keep the header clean.

Hide From Tracker (hiding whole categories)
Hiding a tab still keeps those applications in your data — they just move into More or out of the header. Hide From Tracker goes further: any category you check here is removed from the Tracker entirely, so those rows won't appear under any tab.
This is the best way to silence noise like Job Board marketing digests, Recruiter Reachout cold outreach, or Other / Uncategorized email. You can hide any category you like, including Rejected if you'd rather not see it.
📌 Note Hidden categories are removed from your view, not deleted. Uncheck the category in Hide From Tracker at any time to bring those applications back.
Resetting everything
Want a clean slate? Click Reset all at the top of the Customize popup. This restores the default filters, stat cards, status tabs, and hidden categories in one step.
⚠️ Warning Reset all clears every customization at once, including your pinned tabs and hidden categories. Use Clear in the Filters section if you only want to reset filters.
