What Is Aplyr?

Aplyr finds matching jobs, applies for you with Quick Apply and Autopilot, tracks every application, and reads your email to keep it all in sync.

Aplyr is your job-application autopilot. It finds jobs that fit you, applies on your behalf, and keeps a tidy record of every application — so you can spend your time on interviews instead of filling out the same forms over and over.

  • Find jobs through Search and Today's Matches, scored against your profile.
  • Apply one job at a time with Quick Apply, or hands-free with Autopilot.
  • Track everything automatically in your Tracker — Aplyr even reads your email to log confirmations and interview replies.

The core loop: find → apply → track

Almost everything in Aplyr follows the same simple rhythm. Once your profile and resume are set up, here's how a typical job goes from listing to logged application:

  1. Open Search or your Today's Matches to find roles that fit. Each job shows a match score based on your profile.
  2. Found one you like? Hit Quick Apply to submit that single application instantly.
  3. Want to apply at scale without lifting a finger? Turn on Autopilot from /autopilot and it keeps finding and applying to matching jobs for you.
  4. Check Tracker any time to see every application and where it stands.

Quick Apply vs. Autopilot

Both ways of applying use the same profile and resume — the difference is how hands-on you want to be.

  • Quick Apply is one-at-a-time, fully in your control. You pick a job and submit it right then. Great when you're browsing and want to apply selectively.
  • Autopilot runs continuously in the background. It finds matching jobs and applies for you on a schedule — in Review Queue mode it lines each job up for your approval first, and in Fully Automated mode it submits on its own.
💡 Tip Not sure which to start with? Try Quick Apply on a few jobs to see how it feels, then switch on Autopilot once you trust the matches. See Quick Apply vs Autopilot: which should I use?

How Aplyr keeps everything in sync

When you connect your email, Aplyr does two helpful things in the background:

  • It auto-tracks your applications by reading confirmation and interview emails, then threading them onto the right application in your Tracker.
  • It reads ATS verification codes so Quick Apply and Autopilot can get past those "enter the code we emailed you" steps without you copy-pasting anything.

You choose the source: your connected Gmail, or a dedicated Aplyr Inbox address (@inbox.aplyr.co) that keeps job mail out of your personal inbox. Aplyr never uses your account sign-up email for codes.

📌 Note The Aplyr Inbox and some other features are available on higher plans. You can compare what's included on the Billing page.

Who Aplyr is for

Aplyr is built for job seekers who are applying to a lot of roles and don't want to repeat themselves — whether you're running a focused search for your next role or casting a wide net across many openings. If you've ever re-typed the same work history into a dozen application forms, Aplyr is for you.

What you need to get started

To start applying, you'll want three things in place:

  1. A reasonably complete profile so Aplyr can fill out applications accurately.
  2. A default resume uploaded to your documents.
  3. A connected email source so Aplyr can read verification codes and track replies.

Your Dashboard ties it all together — your activity, pipeline, and stats live there so you always know how your search is going.

💡 Tip New to Aplyr? Start with onboarding, then add a resume and connect your email. Each application uses roughly one credit, and new accounts come with trial credits to try things out.
