- Tap the bookmark icon on any job in Search to save it for later.
- Turn on the Saved filter to show only the jobs you've bookmarked.
- Your saves are stored on your account, so they follow you across browsers and devices.
Found a great role but not ready to apply yet? Save it. Bookmarking keeps interesting jobs in one place so you can come back, compare them, and apply when you're ready.
How to save a job
- Go to Search and run a search or browse your results.
- On any job in the list, click the bookmark icon. When a job is saved, the bookmark fills in to show it's active.
- You can also open a job to see its full details and click the bookmark icon at the top of the detail panel.
- To remove a save, click the filled bookmark again. It un-saves instantly.
π‘ Tip Saving a job doesn't apply to it and doesn't use any credits. It's just a personal shortlist. When you're ready, you can apply with Quick Apply right from the same screen.
Viewing your saved jobs
To see everything you've bookmarked, use the Saved filter chip in the filter bar at the top of Search. Click it once to show only your saved jobs, and click it again to go back to all results.
The Saved filter works alongside your other filters, so you can narrow your shortlist further by location, job type, or any other filter that's active.
How saved jobs sync
Your saved jobs are tied to your Aplyr account, not to the device you're on. That means if you bookmark a job on your laptop, it's there when you sign in on your phone or in another browser. There's nothing to set up and nothing to back up.
π Note Saving a job is separate from tracking an application. Bookmarks live in Search as a shortlist, while applications you actually submit appear in your Tracker. Saving a job won't add it to your tracker until you apply.
Good to know
- Jobs can become inactive. Listings come down over time as roles get filled. A saved job that's no longer accepting applications will be marked inactive, so it's worth applying to your favorites before they expire.
- No limit. Save as many jobs as you like to build out a shortlist.
- Saves are private. Your shortlist is only visible to you.
