📌 Note This is your home base. Every time you open Aplyr, the dashboard gives you a snapshot of your job search and a clear next step.
  • The dashboard pulls together your activity, your goal, your pipeline, and fresh job matches in one view.
  • A quick-action bar jumps you straight to searching, applying, or tracking.
  • A smart banner at the top nudges you toward the highest-impact thing to do right now.

Taking the tour

Open your dashboard any time from the main navigation. Here is the quickest way to get oriented:

  1. Read the smart banner at the very top — it surfaces your single best next action.
  2. Use the quick-action bar to start a task: Search Jobs, Launch Autopilot, or Track Applications.
  3. Scan the widgets below — Activity, Goal, and Pipeline — to see how you're trending.
  4. Pick a fresh role from Today's Matches and apply.
  5. Check Recent Activity and Your Plan to stay on top of progress and credits.

The widgets, one by one

Your dashboard is built from a handful of focused widgets:

  • Activity — a bar chart of how many applications you've submitted each day this week, plus your current streak. Apply on consecutive days to keep the streak alive.
  • Goal — your progress toward a personal application target. Click into it to set a target and choose a weekly or monthly period.
  • Pipeline — a breakdown of where your applications stand (applied, interviewing, offers, and more) with your interview rate.
  • Today's Matches — newly scored jobs picked for your profile. Click the info icon to learn how matches are ranked, or refresh for a new batch.
  • Recent Activity — your latest tracked applications. Use View all to open the full Tracker.
  • Your Plan — your current plan, your Credits Used this cycle, and an Upgrade Plan button.

The quick-action bar

The quick-action bar is the row of buttons near the top of the dashboard. It's the fastest way to start the core loop:

  • Search Jobs opens Search so you can filter and Quick Apply to roles one at a time.
  • Launch Autopilot takes you to Autopilot, where Aplyr applies continuously on your behalf.
  • Track Applications opens your Tracker to review everything you've applied to.

Smart banners

At the top of the dashboard, Aplyr shows a single smart banner tuned to what matters most for you right now. It changes as your setup and activity change. You might see prompts to:

  • Connect Gmail so applications, interviews, and offers auto-track.
  • Finish your profile to unlock Autopilot on more jobs.
  • Upload a resume to auto-fill applications and improve matches.
  • Review jobs Autopilot has queued, or launch Autopilot when you have credits to spend.
  • Keep a streak going — or get back on track after a quiet week.

Only the top-priority banner shows at once, so tackle it and the next most useful prompt takes its place.

💡 Tip A mostly empty dashboard usually means your profile, resume, or email source isn't set up yet. The banners will walk you through it — start with completing your profile.
📌 Note The Credits Used figure in Your Plan reflects your current monthly allowance. For exact allowances and pricing, open the Billing page.

Good to know

  • Most widgets are live — they refresh as you apply, as emails are scanned, and as Autopilot runs.
  • Your streak resets if you skip a day, so even one quick application keeps it going.
  • Today's Matches gives you a limited number of refreshes per day, so spend them on a batch you'll actually review.
