- The Pipeline widget shows where all your tracked applications sit right now — Applied, Interview, Offer, and Rejected — plus your Interview rate.
- A live indicator in the same widget tells you when Autopilot is applying or has jobs queued.
- Recent Activity lists your latest applications and their statuses, and Your Plan shows credits used and what you'd unlock by upgrading.
Your Dashboard is the at-a-glance home for your search. This article walks through the stats widgets so you can read them in a few seconds.
How to read your Pipeline
- Open your Dashboard and find the Pipeline widget.
- Look at the colored bar at the top. Each colored segment is sized to that stage's share of all your tracked applications, so a glance tells you where most of your applications are.
- Read the legend below the bar for exact counts: Applied, Interview, Offer, and Rejected.
- Check the Interview rate at the bottom — the percentage of your active applications that have reached an interview or offer.
These numbers come straight from your Tracker, which unifies applications from Quick Apply, Autopilot, Gmail sync, and anything you add by hand. Update a status in the Tracker and the Pipeline updates too.
What each Pipeline stage means
The Pipeline groups your detailed Tracker statuses into four buckets so it stays readable:
- Applied — submitted applications that are still in play, including ones in Assessment or Follow Up.
- Interview — applications that have reached an interview stage.
- Offer — applications where you've received an offer.
- Rejected — applications that didn't move forward.
For the full list of statuses and how emails auto-update them, see Application statuses and history.
Interview rate
Your Interview rate is the share of your active applications that have landed an interview or offer. It's the single number that tells you whether your applications are converting — if it's low, it can be a sign to tighten your targeting or refresh your resume rather than just apply to more jobs.
💡 Tip Keep your Tracker tidy for an accurate rate. The more your statuses reflect reality, the more useful this number is. Aplyr threads confirmation and interview emails onto the matching application automatically — see How application tracking works.
The live Autopilot indicator
In the top-right corner of the Pipeline widget, a small pill shows what Autopilot is doing right now:
- A pulsing green Autopilot · applying badge means Autopilot is actively submitting applications at this moment, with a live count.
- A violet queued badge means jobs are waiting in your Autopilot queue — for example, items in your Review Queue awaiting approval.
Click the badge to jump straight to Autopilot. If you don't see a badge, Autopilot isn't running and nothing is queued. Learn more in Getting started with Autopilot.
Recent Activity
The Recent Activity widget lists your most recent applications, each with its company, job title, current status, and how long ago it updated. Click any row to open it in the Tracker, or use View all to see your full history. If it's empty, you haven't applied yet — head to Search to get started.
Your Plan and credits
The Your Plan card shows your current plan plus a Credits Used meter (used vs. total for this billing cycle). Roughly one credit covers one application submission, and failed submissions are refunded.
- The meter turns amber, then red, as you approach your limit.
- Features you're missing highlights what the next tier unlocks, like AI resume tailoring or the Aplyr Inbox.
- Use Upgrade Plan to move up a tier, or open Billing to buy more credits or manage your subscription.
📌 Note Autopilot auto-pauses when you run out of credits, and your daily application limit resets at UTC midnight. If applications stop unexpectedly, the credits meter is the first place to check.
For details on allowances and tiers, see How credits work and Aplyr plans explained.
Good to know
💡 Tip The Pipeline and Recent Activity widgets are read-only summaries. To change a status, add a note, or take action on an application, open it in the Tracker.
